The Del Davis Tree Farm, is a christmas tree farm near where I live in Northern California. I got my christmas tree there last year. I am not positive this is the correct place, because there is also a tree farm called 'the Davis Tree Farm' within a mile of it.
Coddingtown, is a shopping mall is Santa Rosa, California that I have been to many many times. I eaten pizza at Subaros, the pizza place in the song, and the 'ol smoke shop is actually called The Squire. Sono-co is short for Sonoma County, where I understand Les lives and where Coddingtown and the Del Davis tree farm is.
In Sailing the Seas of Cheese, where the tracks are listed, after Fish On, it has the track running time, when all the others don't appear to have theirs listed.
